Open the app → tap any locked feature (Mock Exam or Study Topics) → tap Start 3-day free trial on the Monthly plan. Apple will ask you to confirm with your Apple ID. You won’t be charged until day 3 — cancel any time before then and pay nothing.
Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad → tap Florida DMV — Your Language → Cancel Subscription. Apple controls all subscription billing — we don’t have a separate cancel flow inside the app.
If you cancel during the 3-day trial, you won’t be charged.
Open the Apple Support app on your iPhone or visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Florida DMV — Your Language purchase, and request a refund within 30 days of your test date.
We’ll back any reasonable refund request — Apple handles the actual processing.
Open the app → Settings → Restore purchases. As long as you’re signed in to the same Apple ID, your subscription or Lifetime purchase will reactivate automatically.
Right now we support English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, and Turkish. We’re adding more — Vietnamese and Mandarin are next on the list. If your language isn’t here yet, email us and we’ll bump it up the queue if there’s demand.
Tap the 🚩 flag icon at the top of the question screen, choose the issue type, and submit. The report goes straight to our question-quality queue — no account needed. We review every flag within a few days.
Yes. The app runs full-screen on any iPad and uses the same account/subscription as iPhone.
Not yet — progress is stored locally on each device. iCloud sync is on the roadmap for v1.1. Your subscription/Lifetime entitlement DOES sync (handled by Apple) — only the per-device study history is local for now.
No. We’re not affiliated with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV). The official Florida Driver License Handbook is free at flhsmv.gov. We build a study tool around it.
Questions are written based on patterns observed by drivers who actually took the FL DMV Class E Knowledge Exam. We update the question bank regularly as new exam patterns are reported. We don’t reproduce the official exam — we teach the same material in a way that gets you ready for it.
You can retake the exam at any DMV office. Florida lets you retest multiple times. If you bought Lifetime and didn’t pass the first time, you’re eligible for a refund (see refund FAQ above).
