These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the DMV Prep — Florida mobile application (“the App”), provided by Maris Goods LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Prices may vary by region. The current price is displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
The 3-day free trial applies to the Monthly subscription only and is available once per Apple ID. After the trial ends, the subscription auto-renews at the standard monthly rate unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → DMV Prep). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled through Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have direct refund authority.
For Lifetime purchases, Apple typically grants refund requests within 30 days of purchase if you have not significantly used the service.
For Lifetime purchasers, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee through Apple Support if you do not pass your Florida DMV exam on the first attempt. Refund decisions are made by Apple under their standard refund policy.
The App is an educational study aid. While we strive for accuracy:
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARIS GOODS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FAILED EXAM ATTEMPTS, LOST TIME, OR LOST FEES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

The App provides side-by-side translations in Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, and Turkish to help non-native English speakers prepare for the English-only Florida DMV exam. Translations are provided as a study aid and may not be perfectly accurate. The official exam and the official Florida Driver License Handbook are in English. In any conflict between the English and translated text in the App, the English version is authoritative.
All content in the App — including questions, explanations, illustrations, and text — is owned by Maris Goods LLC or licensed to us. The Florida Driver License Handbook is a public domain government publication; our questions and explanations are original works inspired by the Handbook.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these Terms conflict with Apple’s EULA, Apple’s EULA prevails to the extent required by Apple.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
